Crispy Glazed Tofu
This flavourful tofu is great on a sandwich or salad for a quick and tasty protein boost!
Prep Time: 15 minutes + freezing/thawing of the tofu
Ingredients:
- Vegetable Oil
- Tofu
- Umami Bomb
Preparation:
- Freeze your block of tofu in the package overnight
- Thaw on the counter for a few hours or overnight in the fridge
- Drain and press tofu between clean towels or use a tofu press to extra the extra liquid. This one is our favourite: https://tofubud.com/
- Cut the tofu into thin slices (around 1/8 inch)
- Cook until slightly crisp and brown

Finish with a brush of Umami Bomb on both sides
