Have some veggies that have been hanging out in your fridge waiting for their chance to shine? Broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions... take whatever you've got and whip up this easy chow mein dish that's a real crowd pleaser!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Fresh chow mein noodles
- Leftover veggies
- Vegetable oil (canola, grape seed, avocado)
- Umami Bomb
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, cilantro, chopped cashews
Reheat left over veggies with a bit of oil over medium heat.
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Drain the noodles and toss them back in the pot with the veggies and combine over low heat.
Top noodles and veggies with a couple tablespoons of Umami Bomb and mix.
Serve in your favourite bowl with a side of Umami Bomb if you like it extra spicy!
