Quick Udon with Mushrooms and Peas
When you need lunch or dinner in a hurry, this tasty noodle dish delivers big flavour in record time.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Udon noodles
- Vegetable oil (canola, grape seed, avocado)
- Sliced mushrooms
- Frozen peas
- Umami Bomb
Defrost the frozen peas in the microwave.
Sauté the mushrooms in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook until the mushrooms are at the desired consistency.
Add a tablespoon or two of tamari to the mushrooms and cook for a minute or two until the tamari is absorbed.
Cook the udon according to the instructions on the package, drain, and rinse.
Combine noodles, peas, mushrooms, and a big tablespoon of Umami Bomb in the warm pan.
Portion into your favourite bowl and devour!
