Five Minute Stir-fry

Turn leftover rice and frozen veggies into the tastiest stir-fry in 5 minutes flat!

Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • Frozen mixed veggies
  • Leftover rice (we used brown short grain)
  • Vegetable oil (canola, grape seed, avocado)
  • Umami Bomb
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, cilantro, chopped cashews


  1. Defrost veggies in the microwave.

  2. While defrosting, reheat the leftover rice in a non-stick pan with some oil.

  3. Toss the frozen veggies and rice together in the pan.

  4. Add two tablespoons of Umami Bomb and toss frequently until heated through.

  5. Dig in and enjoy!
