These shishito peppers make a great snack or appetizer. They're so crave-able and addictive, you'll have trouble putting them down!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Shishito peppers
- Vegetable oil
- Umami Bomb
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cook the peppers until they become dark and blistered on all sides. Make sure to toss and turn them frequently.
Take the cooked peppers and put them in a large bowl.
Toss with a generous amount of Umami Bomb and serve hot.
