These spicy beans are so addictive you'll be wanting seconds!
Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Fresh yellow beans (green beans would also work well)
- High heat cooking oil (canola, sunflower, avocado, etc.)
- Umami Bomb
Prepare your beans by washing them and then snapping or cutting off the tough ends.
Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add a couple of tablespoons of oil to the skillet.
Add the beans to the skillet and stir frequently. You want the skillet to be hot enough that your beans will have a brown, blistered texture on the outside when they're done.
Test a bean every few minutes and continue cooking until desired softness.
Take the beans off the heat and add a generous couple of tablespoons of Umami Bomb and toss to coat.
- Dig in and enjoy!
You could also top the beans with toasted sesame seeds, hemp hearts, or chopped peanuts for an added crunch!
